For those that either don't know, or can't be bothered doing the maths, the standard UK electricity supply is 50hz. The T in THz means Tera, which is the next stage from Giga, which is the next stage from Mega, which is the next stage from Hz. Each going up in factors of 1000, i.e. 1000hz = 1mhz, 1000mhz=1ghz etc. 600THz means its around 600 billion hz. All in all, this EMR site is sending current 12 billion times faster than the UK's National Grid. Not speed-wise, as electrons travel at speeds very close to the speed of light (≈300,000,000m/s), but 600 billion times a second.

sure thing! so far ive only played arkham knight (didnt realize it was the last installment til i was halfway through the plot) so thatll be where im drawing from

-now, eddie is 100% bi (fight me), so hes not surprised when hes into a guy

-he is, however, surprised that hes actually romantically interested in someone enough to keep an eye on him as he navigates gotham

-but here you are, solving a few of the riddles hes placed around the city. he cant let you take the trophies, theyre for batman, but now hes certainly paying attention

-a few months after he first notices you, youre just go about your day when you notice a neon green question mark down an alley. another one of those trophies! might as well solve the puzzle, even if you dont get to keep it

-you solve the puzzle and go to try and grab the trophy, not expecting anything but a slight shock, but youre instead knocked to the ground from the voltage

-you wake up in default gothamite mode: tied to a chair in the middle of an empty room. of course, it had to happen eventually. soon, the riddler himself comes in to speak with you

-"good, youre awake. if i had to beat myself in chess again, id go completely insane"

-and he... sits down. sets up a chessboard on the table in front of you, and unties your hands. you play, mostly out of fear, and while you dont win, you get pretty close

-he looks shocked and excited, with a dash of smugness

-"i knew you were the one. second smartest man in gotham- right after me, of course"

-he explains to you that hes not going to kill you, just keep you ("i cant let that mind of yours make direct contact with the idiocy of gotham! your IQ will lower just by being around them!") and that he'll keep that mind of yours sharp

-how does he do this? puzzles. lots and lots of puzzles. hes a bit of a sadist, so the puzzles are mandatory if you want things like food. regardless of how you do, he'll keep you alive, but if you want anything more than the necessities, you better get good with puzzles

-he spends lots of time with you. he says its because youre the only interesting person in gotham, but its mostly because hes an incredibly lonely man. its hard being at the top, so he'll cling to anyone who can even get close to what he sees as his level

-he LOVES learning more about you. not that he didnt research you for months, but he could only gather so much information before kidnapping you. every conversation is like an interrogation

-in terms of affection, hes... interesting. if you earn your dinner, hes programming robots to serve as waiters and dusting off his green suit. i wouldnt call him a romantic, per se, but he certainly thinks of himself as such

-dont expect much in terms of physical affection, he takes a while to get to that point. hes the riddler, after all! hes above the need to cuddle! unless... if you need comfort, he supposes he can indulge you

-if you ever try to escape, he'll be furious. how dare you try and leave! how dare you assume hes dumb enough to not have planned for this! until you apologize, youre getting the bare necessities and no attention

-when you inevitably start to reciprocate, hes smug about it, but secretly ecstatic. he knows hes not the most charming guy around, but he managed to win over the second smartest guy in gotham. and isnt that all he really needs for companionship?

Galvantula - Pokemon

While this sweet fuzzball could do with a few more legs, Galvantula was a welcome addition to the formerly miserable lack of spider-themed pokemon. I appreciate it and its pre-evolutions appeal to cuteness. Big eyes, soft colours, plush and fluffy design.

Galvantula says "Hey! Spiders don't have to be scary! Spiders can be cute and cuddly, like a pikachu!" Also like a pikachu, Galvantula can kill you with a high voltage shock.

Rating - Three thick, aesthetically appealing webs strung up between a couple of large tesla coils and coursing with scientifically inaccurate electricity .

forgive me if someone already asked but who are your faves from other games ? i saw you played (even briefly) tears of themis, who was your fave ? 👀👀 also dont know if you ever played genshin but sylus and wriothesley.....i need to be sandwiched between both. they have so many similar imagery and the same mbti and it makes me go crazy

i have not played genshin, unfortunately. my only experience with hoyoverse is ToT, but I know that people really like both genshin and honkai star rail. I just have always been more gripped by the romance oriented games, with a thread of action, than vice versa. gotta watch idiots fall in love over and over again or else i get bored! but now i'm super curious about wriothesly because of your association of him with sylus. i just hardly have enough time to play lads and write, let alone play other games right now😭.

soo my fav in ToT was Vyn, with Artem as a close second. I have no idea how legal professionals actually work in China, but the contrast between how law is approached in ToT versus in the US was hilarious to me, and Artem was so sweet, the most gentle and wonderful of autistic sweethearts when you expect him to be a cold tsundere type, similar to how zayne is but artem was always even sweeter and somehow more awkward than zayne imo (until zayne's later cards/events, where now he is so, so wonderfully sweet). artem slayed me with his awkward devotion. But Vyn. So on brand for me. Deceptively genteel, poised, elegant, will destroy you with just a few words but is also willing to get his hands dirty and cut a bitch. Loved him. Was nuts about him. Biggest cunt in the world. I love complicated, morally grey characters. He was such a shitty mental health professional, bless these devs for just letting professional ethics regulations be trampled over for the sake of drama and romance. I really wanted to like Luke, but every single fucking card and event about him was about their shared childhood, revisiting childhood memories. I want to see their experiences now. I want to see them as adults falling in love with the people they are now, not just their shared history. And also his sprite made him too boyish for me, I like big mature looking men, help. They made him look like a boy when canonically he is a big muscular soldier, wtf?? I'm really hoping infold avoids the pitfall of Luke with Caleb, but it seems like infold is trying to divorce themselves from shared childhood/sibling history so hopefully they'll focus on current romantic events/experiences in Caleb's evolving storyline, as opposed to just rehashing the past over and over again. And marius was too baby for me, he's an infant, i could kill him on accident. Each character is lovely in his own right, but I always want the older, more mature dudes, and the more insane the better.

I played uh, the other Infold/Papergames game, Mr love: queen's choice (who let them get away with that shitty title????) briefly, in parallel to LaDS, but the amount of grinding to get through the story just killed me. I loved Gavin in that---also childhood friends/classmates, military/cop boy, separated for a long time, good VA. I wanted to love the shady as fuck yandere vibe scientific researcher, Lucien? I think? But his VA just ruined him for me, sounded way too creepy, luring a child in with candy kind of cringe voice acting. And Victor had all the makings to be appealing to me but was just too fucking mean to MC, no thanks, I like it when the men worship their love interest, as opposed to demeaning them, thanks.

As for other otome, I've played a few Voltage games on the Switch, literally cannot remember any LIs from them, they were so forgettable and also the repetitive demeaning of MC just makes me benafflecksmoking.jpg. I really liked Yang, who is unhinged and so fucking toxic, from Piofiore despite him being an absolute nutcase who hurts MC during sex. big turn off for me, but the route was fun and i appreciate a nutcase (as this list reveals). Same with collar x malice: love the sleepy suicidal one and the insane scientist colleague. But again, the MC's desires were trampled all over in favor of the LIs' desires, and i just don't enjoy that kind of thing to the point where I can obsess over the characters.

As for indie romance games, I have played blooming panic and though it's a short little game, I can't recommend it enough. Quest is my big, beefy sweetheart with strong daddy vibes who captures my heart every single time. i love a good devoted daddy character with a complicated, tragic past.

The only other games with romance that I have really enjoyed, with a lasting impact on me, are: Dragon age and Mass effect. Probably the only truly green flags, besides artem and sylus, that i have ever loved: kaidan alenko, pure mature, kind man, and alistair, also sweet, cure, kind but immature. I love solas from dragon age, and he's a mass murdering bitch. Love him very, very much.

As you can see, i tend to like morally questionable characters who are absolutely nuts about MC, but sometimes a green flag just thwaps me in the face and I'm a goner. see: sylus.

electronic rock band "battle tapes" could be described best as either a soundtrack for some cyberpunk game that people would say was the best of the best or songs that would be used for animation memes in 2018. adjective i assign for it: epic

rock band "electric six" that you actually may have heard of! popular for "gay bar" and "danger! high voltage" and then everything else of theirs sounded like shit at the time. i do think their album "i shall exterminate everything around me that restricts me from being the master" has just hits after hits. showtime might annoy your parents a bit though. personal favourite is "kill"

electronic guy "ryoma maeda" honestly im just mentioning him because i really like "fantastic suicide" i do not care about anything else other than "fantastic suicide"

psychedelic rock "psychedelic porn crumpets" only delivered on the psychedelic no porn or crumpets. thats sad. sounds like a nice nap in a car and id reccomend "high visceral pt.2" part one too i guess

punk duo "the garden" which is a more known one. i just like it :)

synth & swedish "tikkle me" dropped two albums and dipped. respectable. "blow my brains out" was popular once but all the other songs arent and that makes Me want to Blow My Brains Out. all of their songs are so actually fucking good

Scum do you play much indie otome? If you are open would you accept suggestions? What kind of themes would you prefer?

I wouldnt mind suggestions, but I feel like I am picky, so I hope it wont be a letdown if I dont play them or dont enjoy them much. And currently, I don't have really much money to spare ahaha so if its for a console i wont be able to play it for a while.

That said, hm. What would count as indie? From what I can remember, the otome titles I have played are the cybird ones in en (rev and sengoku included), i used to play voltage games but I really disliked a lot of things about them and stopped.

I tried playing nameless and disliked it, and amnesia too i think? I also played Niflheim (skeletiano was my fave until they turned him human) and the same company's ninja game. And the wizardess heart game, and the vamp game. (Blood and something?), and then I also played mysme of course. I didnt even try the ssum though.

I bought cupid parasite to play, but let someone borrow it instead. They're busy with school atm. An ex friend sent me code realize (i dont know if there are multiple, I think there is? Its one with the peggable scientist guy, and the girl kills people with touch?)

I think that covers alll the otome i've tried for longer than a day.... i think. I am pretty sure those dont count as indie.

Ive been recommended touchstarved, but I have not looked into it much yet, I just know Dan sings the opening song?

Here is what I usually look for in otomes:

- not a school setting. I'm almost 30 and its really difficult to immerse myself in school settings when i work a 40hr a week office job.

- i like the leads to be older than 18... the closer to 25 or older the better (older always better imo)

- if its an app, events being not mandatory for progressing through main routes

- i dont mind dark themes (played dmmd when it came out with an fan eng translation patch), I like horror a lot so I am used to a lot of darker things

- I am drawing a blank AHAHAHA most of the time the first two bullet points rule out 90% of the otomes I stumble on.

Typically I also look at artstyle and how flat the characters feel, too. I feel like it can be argued some cybird charas are flat, but one of my favorite aspects about cybird games is that the suitors have relationships with those around them. Not romantic, but that they have friendships and other things they do besides seek the MC out.

Do i feel bad for a salon business if homeless people tried to burn it down.....i mean if she doesn't have a non profit mission statement to be on premises then she is operating illegally.....i guess i feel sympathy for insiders if their trapped in insurance contracts and cannot leave an incarcerated condition but really at stages of conflict this distressed they should not be stalking purses

If she really needs someones purse to be at her business then she should not be there if unable to ascertain grants or wealth assistance

Just burn it down is annoying truth is business is in violation of executive energy companies prohibiting international rates as unhygienic so homeless people could get a job kicking her home door to door and deconstructing the building if hazardous so why would they need to be that desperate

San diego especially is a constant hazard of building is better then not and it's very basic and open that people built homes too near nuclear wire lines danger high voltage and you can legally kick out it's de evolution to normalize homeless living there is no history that doesn't include non housed living

AND LAUGHS IN HIS FACE. "because im not impressed. what did they do? give you permission to shock us a little but not do any real damage? .. they dont trust you schrader." AND THE HUNTER LOOKS UP LIKE ? wait a damn minute . how u know my name. "yeeahhhh thats right. i remember you. weird little sadist from eichen house." then schrader walks up to him and theo says "did they fire you? or did you get out of there before they realized you were just another psychothat should've been locked up with the other freaks?" and theo looks down and watches as he turns the voltage up on the fence. "no, they fired you, didnt they?" <- laughing "did you get caught trying to stick helpless patients with needles again? or did they catch you trying to stick them with something else?"  I SCREAMED 😭😭 they got electrocuted and now theo is laughing through the pain "looks like we got a winner!!!" theo breaks out the zip ties, schrader is fucking terrified and theo knocks him to the ground and they tied HIM up on the fence . and the girl goes "you just gonna leave him here?" and theo goes "him and you." and the guy is like "we didnt need your help anyways" theos like uncaring until they mention a car, and hes like "you got a car?" and she says "no" and the grabs schraders keys and says "but he does" and theo grabs her wrist and sees the tattoo on her forearm and says "what is that?" and she says "youve never seen a pack symbol before?" and he says "im not much of a pack animal" 😐 um.......... why are you lying...... just because you dont have a pack doesnt mean you dont want one. youve been fucking wanting one for years, you killed people over it, you died for it. i mean yeah it was about power but it was also about company. anyway. he asks what it means. she says theyre stacked rocks "its a buddist practice" and theos like "oh you're satomi's pack the buddist werewolves" and the guy says satomi is dead, we dont have an alpha or a pack anymore. and the girl says "why do you care anyway?" and theo says "oh i dont. but you should find scott mccall. hes got a thing for taking in strays." and theyre like :OOOOO YOU KNOW SCOTT MCCAL DO YOU KNOW WHWRE HE IS ?? and he looks at those keys and hes like "😊i might" she hands it to him and his face drops a bit as he looks over at schrader (fully human btw) and then turns over and presses the remote with the electric fence button upside down on the table and walks out with him shrieking in pain. likely he died not too long after that. he doesnt have a capacity to heal from that and its also ongoing. dudes heart stopped for suuurree.

Lately I've been thinking about Reiner as he's almost on par with Alain for me... tbh I always wanted them to be the lord and lady of the human domain w the MC... maybe bc a big kingdom is harder to imagine but also like... I dont see how those very different species would bow to one ruler,,, either way I love that all of them stay together in this story except Alain ;-; its my favourite in terms of that bc it connects them all, and I feel like Reiner needs the MC more then the others... in all other routes he seems so alone...

In my version, there will be civil war after and they'll all rule their own lands... I'm also thinking Erin (my MC) is pregnant then and she's still going to battle much to everyone's concern bc of course she does, she has this on;

I also always thought she also wields a sword bc using just a shield looks weird tbh.

She'll have twins ~ also as a queen and later Lady she's very friendly and casual, always hanging around w people and talking w them - like Alistair from Dragon Age if you make him a king. Peoples leader in a way (as much as monarchy can) and this is one point they argue over with Reiner bc he keeps worrying about her and kinda if he's too dull for her... since it comes up twice in story i think Reiner is sort of the jealous type ofc he d never pressure her but he's insecure when it comes to her

So Reiner's horse is called Bucephalus, Erin's mare is Roxana (for this to make sense Reiner's horse should've been called Alexander but *sigh* I couldn't find Roxana's horse's name... women can't win smh) --- a late wedding gift by Reiner :))

After she got pregnant Reiner kinda lost it tbh... He needed some time to settle down bc he's SO excited and too protective of Erin like oh no don't walk I'll carry you!!! later he's too afraid of losing her during the birth he almost begs they leave to Earth so its safer but thankfully could be talked down from it (barely)

Obv MC is the Mom now. But i also think August developing a crush bc u know... the knight and lady thing. its a classic.

once again thinking about how bad the high voltage arc is. not only is it anti-climatic and a pointless fight that doesnt fit tonally or narratively as the ending of SBR, but it cheapens the diego and johnny relationship of enemies to begrudging allies that developed over the course of SBR, as well as diegos whole story arc. so evil!!

It starts out after a scene where you tie Seb up. When you untie him, there are rope marks all over his skin.

You know the marks will fade in an hour or so, but you can’t help but feel your heart clench when you see the rope marks on your sweet sub.

So you just have to rub some moisturiser into his skin.

At this point, Seb is in absolute heaven. He’s so happy and warm and safe? Still kinda in subspace because you’ve fucked him so well and now he’s just laying in bed, waiting for you to come back for cuddles.

And then when you arrive, he realises you’ve got moisturiser with you and you’re going to rub moisturiser into his skin?

That only makes it better?

He just lays there, eyes closed as you rub lotion into his skin and it’s just so good? He feels so loved and taken care of, not a single worry in his head.

And then when you finish, you go to put the lotion away and Seb realises you don’t have any?

He whines then, sitting up and making grabby hands for you, so obviously you stop and turn around to go back to him, asking him what’s wrong and what he needs.

All he says is “you, want to help you!”

And of course that’s just the sweetest thing ever. You assume he just wants cuddles, so you climb into bed.

Seb is so excited! He takes the lotion from you, trying to open the tub and then whining when he’s too weak for it.

You realise then that Seb wants to put lotion on you, which just makes your heart want to burst because you love him so much.

To be honest, he does a terrible job. He’s pretty much half asleep at this point.

But that doesn’t matter. You’re more than happy to sit there and let Seb put lotion on you, even though he doesn’t do a very good job.

Seb, however, is VERY proud of himself? Cause he’s helping you! He’s being such a good boy!!
